In-Store Pickup: Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing for in-store pickup. Business days are Monday- Friday. In-store pickup for online orders is only available at our La Grange location at 717 W. Hillgrove Ave. You will be sent an email confirmation that your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. We suggest picking your items up ASAP, as items are only eligible for return or exchange within 14 DAYS of fulfillment date. You will receive a reminder by email within 10 days after fulfillment if order has not yet been picked up. Any items not picked up after 30 DAYS from fulfillment date will be donated to charity.
Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Order processing takes 2-3 business days (same-day or overnight delivery not offered). Once shipped, packages are guaranteed to arrive within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday- Friday. Tracking will be provided via email after package has shipped. Spend over $150 for FREE shipping. ShopLittleCharm.com does not ship outside the United States. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Any delays due to USPS exceptions and weather are beyond our control. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.
ShopLittleCharm.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact USPS to report and investigate the issue.
